Palermo's Pizza Grilling Instructions
Keep pizza frozen until ready to grill.

  • Preheat grill to 450 F
  • Place pizza on grate over INDIRECT heat
  • Close lid and grill 13-18 minutes rotating pizza at 7-9 minutes
  • Grills will vary rely on experience and appearance
  • Let pizza cool 2-5 minutes before enjoying
